Profile
TROY SLATER
Creativity is an undying compulsion in my universe and I exercise this passion through many different methods. I am searching for the ultimate means of expression and communication. The ability to record and convey ones life experience and perception of reality to others is a lifetimes quest, never to be fulfilled only gradually strengthened.
I have drawn and written for as long as I can remember and I took up the guitar when I was twelve years old. Music was and is a soul sport that I could see as well as hear. For me, art and music are inseparable. As an artist, my zenith of ambition would be to create a bespoke moment of existence for the individual. The sights, sounds, smell, taste and emotion. An encapsulated sliver of experience and sensation from one human to another. This desire has led me to be interested and involved in a myriad of media. From tattooing, to fine art, to death metal.
My identity is an artist and personality who is fascinated with the world and everything within it.
